Maya Natanova, a third grader at HBHA,  says one of her favorite memories was going to the Kansas City Zoo with the freshman class. Natanova says, “I really enjoyed how some of the people in the class, including me, got to see their endangered animal there.” Maya’s endangered animal was the polar bear, which she absolutely loves. She says it was really fun that everyone on the field trip got to see all the animals. Natanova says, “…I really loved the field trip and I absolutely loved seeing the animals… I got to see facts about them and it was really cool.”
