Tuesday, April 9 – The girls’ varsity soccer team faced off against Cristo Rey high school. The HBHA girls effectively obliterated Cristo Rey’s team, crushing them by a score of 10-5. Senior Emma Rosenthal scored one goal. Junior Sofia Levine scored the other nine, achieving the school record of Most Goals Scored in a Single Game.
Levine comments, “I left really early because I was scared they [Cristo Rey] were gonna hit me or something.”
Girls’ varsity girls soccer also faced off against KC East on Thursday, April 11. They were sadly defeated, with a final score of 1-9. One goal was scored by Sofia Levine.
