This Monday, Oct. 7th, we collectively, as a Jewish community, commemorated the war in Israel through memorial at the JCC and Bnei Yehuda. Singing Acheinu and Hatikva, reciting powerful speeches, and congregating as one, we show our commitment and support to our people and land. The Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City honored the hostages by writing their names on stones, displaying how they’ll never be forgotten. Bring them back now. HBHA stands with Israel.

Avital Mullokandova is a junior at the Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy. As a third year writer for the RampageWired, she is continuing her role as Photo Editor. Mullokandova is very committed to her academics and leadership roles at school. She is a VP of Spirit on Student Council and an active participant in volleyball and basketball. Outside of school, Mullokandova is the SA/TO for Emtza USY and a KCTeen ambassador. She enjoys listening to music and takes college classes at JCCC.
