RAMPAGEWIRED EDITORIAL POLICY

Rampagewired is a scholastic publication taught through a high school publications course at Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy. Our purpose is to provide an elective with wide variety of journalism-related learning and leadership opportunities for students enrolled in the publications course and to provide timely and relevant news, features, multimedia, and Jewish life content for the entire school community.

Currently, the administration of HBHA sets aside its legal right as a private school to prior review. The administration of HBHA may assume this right of prior review at any time at their discretion.

Rampagewired, an exclusively online publication, does not publish material deemed to be hurtful, embarrassing, or in violation of reasonable expectations of privacy during candid school conversations or other school experiences. Additionally, reporters, videographers, and photographers are required by Rampagewired to disclose to all persons present when they are gathering information, photos, or quotes for an article or multimedia presentation, and no person should be quoted, recorded, or paraphrased without their explicit consent and understanding that their word are on record.

The faculty adviser of Rampagewired determines if the content of an article or multimedia presentation aligns with the foregoing policy.
