Cold streaks suck. The Varsity Boys Soccer lost their 5th straight game with matches on Monday and Thursday. Although after the holiday break, the boys will go against The Daniel Academy Lions, whom they have already beaten this year, and against The Blue Valley North Mustangs, whom they came up short against last year in a 1-0 loss.

The main spotlight this week is on the Varsity Girls Volleyball team, who have been thriving in their conference. With a record of 7-2, the girls are looking to win their conference tournament this year for the first time in school history. Senior and captain Avital Mullokandova mentions, “I’m so proud of my girls; we seem to be improving by drastic amounts each day, and it shows in our play.” With the HBHA Girls Volleyball team just starting in 2022, it is truly impressive how much they have improved in such a short time.
